Eligibility depends on the level of certification. CLPO™ is open to entry-level candidates with a high school diploma, while CLPA™, CLPM™, and CLPAud™ require relevant experience or prior certifications. The ChLPS™ is reserved for senior-level professionals with at least 5 years of experience.

Each certification program is designed to be completed within 80 hours of study. However, this time may vary depending on the learner’s pace and schedule. Self-paced and instructor-led formats are also available.

Exams are delivered either online or in person at approved centers. Each certification includes a combination of multiple-choice questions, case studies, and project assessments (particularly at the CLPM™ and ChLPS™ levels).
